Explain to customer that when you rent a trailer hitch it is a flat rate whether you have it for 2 days or the 5 days they give you. I was told that if I turned it in earlier then I would get a refund for the remainder of the days left on my contract

1. The pick up process was difficult. There were not enough people available to help at the scheduled pickup time. 2. The back of the truck was not clean. it was dirty and had a clear oil spill that had to be cleaned up (by me). So, I had to sweep the truck, as well as clean up the oil spill. 3. The fuel in the truck was less than stated by about an 1/8th of a tank when I picked it up. That is not by a lot, but it was not accurate. 4. The drop off process was difficult. The person on staff did not know how to complete the process. They sent me to another location that said it would cost me hundreds of dollars to drop it off there. Went back to the original store and waited and waited and waited while the store attendant tried to figure out what they were supposed to do. He was friendly, polite, and professional, but had just not been trained on that process. Finally I just left. I was told I'd receive a call from someone at the store later. I never received a call. I tried calling several times, hours apart and could never get anyone to answer. It seems like to me that personnel at that store do not want to be in the U-haul business. They are too low staffed and busy to give their undivided attention to the U-haul process. POSITIVE NOTE: When I was billed, they were dead on accurate and fair. Although, I felt like I should have received a discount for all of the trouble of having to clean the truck BEFORE I could use it and the PITA process of returning the truck.

No hitch or ball for rent or sale. No experienced personnel to help hitch the trailer. No electronic converter from my round 8 prong plug to trailer 4 prong connector. Return personel kept my converter. ALL IN ALL A HORENDOUS EXPERIENCE

Staff was friendly and very helpful. This was a no stress transaction. Equipment was available exactly when I got to the pickup location. I'm a longtime customer and will continue to do business with Uhaul for all my moving needs.

This location is not very well kept & there's always only 1 person working. I know it's not their fault but management shouldn't have 1 person working alone, for safety reasons, & for better customer service. It took me about 45 minutes just to do a rental just because the clerk was alone working the counter, drive-thru, & assisting me. This has been the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location.

Rep got information wrong was unable to give me copy of contract, had no idea what she was doing asked me to come back in two hr because she didn’t know what she was doing and entered rental incorrectly, need to follow up with all rental locations for QA and ensure staff and reps are properly trained this is lacking in more than one location

The woman helping me was excellent!! 5 stars for her. She was super helpful and very nice. However, my Uhaul purchase experience was awful! Lots of miss communication. Information on my account was lost. I was charged for extra days that were included in my purchase. Overall Uhaul online\phone was awful. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone.

It took over an hour for me to pick up my rental because there was only one clerk and he was also manning the register at the convenience store. I had to hook up the trailer by myself, and my furniture pads, which I was charged for, were not available. After a 20 minute wait, I was provided with 6 pads, not the 12 I paid for. The clerk was polite, but overworked, and the overall experience was very poor.

The first uhaul in Alice was nit a 24 hr drop. There was no ehere to drop the key. Ee went to the second uhaul in Alice. They were open. The man there didnt know how to operate the computer and it took 45 min just to process us out at 2 am. He put customer after customer in front of us. He insisted on keeping my receipt. My son took it from him and said, no. That's my mom's. You have the keys and the truck is outside. and then when I begged him to please let me go home. I moved 265 miles away from a 3rd story luxury apt in a big city to a small town rental house. I was tired and alost 60. He said yeah yeah I understand but you must be checked out and we had to stay for yet another 15 min. It was the most horrible experience I have ever experienced with uhaul. I feel I should be compensated for having to travel extra for a uhaul drop and for being forced to wait. He asked if I would come back at 9 am. I said sure just so I could leave. I dont understand why all the other uhauls you can drop the vehicle off and they hold you hostage and treat you with such discourtesy. I sure hope uhaul compensates me for this.

The U-haul computer system appeared difficult to operate by the store clerk. The U-haul on-line system caused me to wait :20 minutes for the transaction to complete.

the trailer was at this location but they did not have it in their " system" I had to do all the transaction on my own on your 1-800 # no thanks to this locale. the clerk was busy doing other things too busy to help the CS clerk on the phone was prompt and courteous and very helpful. this store is too busy being a convenience store to be a convenient place to rent a U-Haul product. I will not do business with a similar location again

When I opened to inspect the cargo compartment it was filled with cigarette smoke and had not been swept - I lifted the cargo compartment door all the way to air out the smoke - I then asked the Station Manager to spray a deodorizer in the cargo area as I did not want my personal belongings to smell like cigarette smoke. I am still waiting for the voice recordings from the days prior to the pick-up date -- I was promised those voice recordings but have yet to receive anything. The scheduling folks in Corpus made a mess of things and when I asked for speak to a manager I got the "there is no on here that can help you" - when I called AZ HQ they transferred me back to CC staff. After over 1+ hours someone in AZ finally answered my call and promised to send me the voice recordings as I wish to be refunded for this horrible experience. The voice recordings should tell you the story and comments on your system should also assist you in making a determination on a refund. Was unhappy that I had to travel 38 miles at my expense to pick up rental and then traveled another 47 miles extra to drop off rental at my expense. I will probably look for other options next time.

Get some one that knows what they are doing this guy couldn't print out the paper work to rent the Trailer. I had to call u haul Customer service my self to try to figure this out. I am still waiting for my Trailer and no paper work it has been over an hour. What could does to do to rent something at a time if you can't get it at that time. I will never do any business with them again.

Cashier had me waiting in line to pump gas, since the catd reader was broken on pump, and then took a long time to bring up contract in system since he had to take a picture of mileage and gas, then charges me a whole day for being 35 minutes late?! Will not rent from uhaul again if I have to deal with these people again.

The pickup center didn't get the reservation until the day of pickup and didn't have the size truck I ordered. The agent went above and beyond to redeem the situation. Unimpressed that u haul set the pickup center up for failure but pleased with center ability to help.
