Tires were terrible in the rain. The seatbelt light and service airbag light were on. The truck was not parked where they said it would be and we had to go from truck to truck trying the key until we found the right one.

B&F auto was fine. However, there was a lot of confusion as to where I was to pick up the van. When I reserved the vehicle it was at a different location. I then received texts telling me to go to two other locations before it finally directed me to B&F. This was a bit disconcerting. In the end it all worked out as B&F was very accommodating and made the rental experience easy.
