The customer service desk was super friendly and accommodating, but the 10’ Box Truck I was rented had a Tire System Error Message and overall (not specific to this location) U-Haul Box Trucks need a major upgrade. They have no Power Windows and no Power Door. This also did not have a backup camera.

ANTHONY STruck was beat up, but I don't fault Uhaul or the location. That's a customer issue who likey were not qualified to operate the truck.
