The car died

AMY WFor some reason I got the impression that this location was open until 7 p.m., so I didn't expect to have to drop it off after hours when I arrived at 6:15 p.m. My recollection is that the UHaul website information (in selecting nearby dropoff locations in the Boston area) said 7 p.m.
MALCOLM RThe check-in process is redundant and slow. I was not prepared to spend 30 minutes of my rental being virtually "approved" to pick up a truck with information that I had already inputted the night before. It seems obvious that this information should be checked when initially inputted, not when the customer is standing at the car, wasting valuable time that is not only an inconvenience, but is also being billed. The Uhaul staff is kind and helpful, and this is not a reflection on their service. This is to point out an antiquated check-in system.
