I would remind the location representative to let the renter know that they will get a text with a link to upload pictures of the truck BEFORE they leave the pickup location. I didn't receive the text until I was ten minutes after I left the property, and the link was invalid by the time I stopped to perform the walkaround to upload the pictures. Overall, the representative was courteous and the location was convenient.

Marcus LI'm very upset with the return process of U-Haul in general. This location was in an area with no cell service which led to me having to do my return over 10 times before it would submit. I overall did have a great process up until such point.

The new website and app are a disaster and make it impossible to properly rent a truck, you really have to go to the location.
