Trailer was in good shape and process to rent was smooth. Only negatives were the snow in the trailer made it difficult to use without cleaning it out myself and had to buy a $20 part in order to hook up the lights.

They had to go out and clean off the ice from from the truck front window, but when we wnet to load up the back door was frozen shut.

NATHAN NMixed reviews on this location. Not sure what employees were U-Haul employees or affiliates running the operation on U-Haul’s behalf. Most of the personnel was very friendly and helpful within their capacity; however, one individual was rude to my spouse when they went to the counter to return the truck/hauler. The attitude given was enough that the customer at the adjacent Ace Hardware checkout lane looked over and said something to the effect of, “Wow, they were very rude to you just now!” That interaction aside, the rest of the employees were very helpful and friendly.
