My reservation was changed 3 times …. I had to hop between 2 locations for pickup …. First location didn’t had truck even after chekin , then moved to other location which was closed with no clue on truck details …. Had to call customer service 3 times for all the mess up . Was very unpleasant experience , which no one would want while moving .

john PThe truck was old, the low air tire dashboard indicator was stuck on, and the inside door handle was broken, but it was clean and ran well. The rep at the store gave me clear instructions and explained the issues in advance. But my recommendation is to take trucks out of service earlier if they have issues like this.
