This location is excellent, I have rented here before...however the online Uhaul reservation system is severely mismanaged. I made my original reservation in one location...it was changed with no notice and I was redirected to a second location across town. When I arrived there the vehicle had not been returned and I was forced to call around to find this location...back across town in another direction. You should not be reserving vehicles that have not yet been returned. You should not be changing reservation locations without notice to the customer. You wasted several hours of my time and gas and I will think very hard about whether to trust you again.

First off, I was sent here because the original McFarland location had staffing problems and they did text/called me to divert me. But by the time I noticed the text(didn't hear my phone ring)...I was enroute with Plan A. Second, the employee (forgot his name)is good. I don't have any criticisms about him or the job he did - excellent overall. I would NOT recommend this place because it's one french fry short of a happy meal, cleanliness-wise. It's a rat hole! It has looked like someone ransacked it and it's definitely not dirty...looks like it came out of an old Mumbai slum. And FINALLY and most of all...uHaul should have made some amends for sending me to another place, at a late notice for a staffing issue at the McFarland UHaul. If it was my business, I would give the customer a discount for the inconvenience. This promotes your business as caring for the customer , fyi, and potentially (?) ameliorates the slum hole known as Parcel Plus Business Center. Again, the individual who helped me with the rental was excellent, otherwise.
