Have the vehicle reserved actually available. It took me over an hour to get a truck that was reserved ahead of time because the location had not staged it. Old, loud truck.

John MThe only issue we ran into was that the system was moving very slow and it took a while to complete the check in process. Also, when I tried to take the pictures, the app was not working. I ended up taking my own pictures and will keep them as proof as everything was ok. I believe a system refresh would be beneficial.
