Customer service 800 rep was a lousy experience. Usually you make a reservation for a specific location and thats that. This time they said your reservation is in then the confirmation or another named group will contact to confirm. I had to push to find out if the rental was available at my chosen location instead of being misled that your reservation is in. Short is they will give you a rental at the "closest" location rather than give you available options at reservation. The first rep didnt care and just transferred me back to customer service than the group that actually schedules the available equipment. How do we know if uhaul isnt moving sales to underperforming stores rather than where you need a reservation? Do they compensate you if you go to a reserved equipment location to find out the person before you hasnt returned and send you to another store? I saw this happen to another customer. But uhaul charges a late fee. Do i hear class-action to compensate? Plus data security with my photo id?

I returned the uhaul the same day I rented. I was over charge. I called the store numerous times to be told I'd receive a call back. No call back.
We rented a 15â€™ truck to carry one item because it had a ramp. We saw a smaller UHaul truck with a ramp as we were driving. Weâ€™d like it if our location could offer a smaller truck with a ramp. Otherwise the service was convenient, helpful and friendly! Thank you guys!!!

Make sure you take large items out of the truck which were left there by the previous renter so that the current renter is not totally inconvenienced unloading and reloading said item, in my case a very large keyboard. Also when asking to speak to a manager about this situation which completely inconvenienced you, ACTUALLY have the manager call instead of him/her never calling to apologize or even acknowledge the poor business practices of this location. Also, when mentioning this problematic situation both on the phone to the branch and to the rental person upon return have them kindly refrain from asking me why I didnâ€™t throughly check the truck for extra items before I left there - I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF YOUR BUSINESS I SHOULD NOT BE EXPECTED TO DO YOUR JOB FOR YOU!!! I think I should get a discount for the bad service & inconveniences had to deal with due to the employee incompetence...but hey, no manager bothered to call me. I would not recommend that anyone use this branch. And if your customer service is so poor donâ€™t expect repeat business.
When a customer rents a truck with no ramp but also rents an appliance dolly, maybe that's when the employee should remind the customer there's no ramp on the smaller trucks. It was slightly inconvenient but we made it work.
Ms. Huizar, who i dealt with was very nice. Equipment in excellent working order. My only complaint was being charged $21 for gas. I only put 18 miles on the rental and to be charged that much for gas i thought was unfair. I brought my rental in under the 24 hr period so maybe they could have waived the gasoline charge.
It was all perfect.
This was the worst truck that I drove major Suspension problem very bumpy you feel like the truck is going to break down any second no my back hurt just driving your truck When I mentioned to the worker they deducted 20 bucks for my inconvenient thatâ€™s an insult destruction to be on the freeway

you changed my pickup location without a call or email. Your dispatch efforts were weak. Very frustrating.
This is the second time I made a reservation and arrived to find my truck had not been returned on time. I waited 15 minutes after the renter was contacted and they said on their way in five minutes. I was offered a larger truck but it would not fit in the drive way, so I turned that down. I was also told that I could go to another location, but this location was out of my way and located in busy downtown. I said I would return the next day and found the truck had been turned in after this location closed (four hours at least later than it was suppose to be returned). Kim, the U-Hual agent was cordial enough and expressed an apology. It would be nice if U-Haul gave a thirty minute heads up that the truck is not available and re-route me to another location. I had a wasted trip, inconvenienced me and my ride, delayed my move by al least 3 hours.
I was charged fir two days when I used the van fir four hours. The store contacted me the day after I returned it asking when I was bringing the van back to which I responded that it had been 24 hours wine I returned it. Then 3 days later I get a bill for 60 dollars. I was told it would be 38 dollars so you need to clean up your act. I have called your main office and was told that a manager would call me in 7 days s???? This is ridiculous. It needs to be resolved NOW
Overall I had a great experience here. The only problem we had here was the instructions to take off the auto transport was for a different model so we ended up trying to figure it out for 2 hours at 3 AM.
Ventilation and cleaning of vehicles. This is the first time out of 2 rentals that the van was smelly, and had a closed can of beer that rolled out from under the driver seat, which I placed in the glove box.
Check out was a little slow but efficient
The truck was dirty, their was water inside the box the check engine was on and the staff are all young like right off high school
My experience with the young man who helped me was great. He was very nice and helpful. I would def return to this location.
