Guy working had no idea how to return truck as he said he only had 2 hrs of some what training he said. Luckly I had the app and was able to return truck that way. After my drop off location was I current from when I booked it.

My issues aren't with this location, but the experience with Uhaul. I used the app to setup a reservation for a 10' truck in Monaca the morning of 4/10. That worked. I then called the location to confirm my reservation, they agreed it was in the system and truck would be there at 5PM for me to pick up. I. the early afternoon, I received a text form Uhaul that my reservation had been changed and the truck wasn't available...no explanation and I had been moved into a larger 15' truck at a different location, 12 mile furhther away. I stopped at Monaca (which had 20+ trucks of different sizes) and asked if. 10' was availabke and why my reservation was changed. I was told my 3 day rental was overridden to a new location and they had no control over ":corporate: decisions. So I drove a truck larger than I wanted from a location further away...a frustrating experience. If I had known I couldn't rent from my preferred location upfront, I would have made other arrangements.
