We reserved a moving van size U-Haul over a month before the move day of 9/1. We confirmed the reservation a week before. We went to check in the morning of the rental on Monday, 9/1 and no van was available at the Amherst College Street location. We had to spend over 30 minutes to call and locate another moving vehicle. It worked out but we did not need this stress at all the morning of the move.

Seemed unorganized of an operation. Had a line of people waiting outside waiting to open with the operator appearing to arrive late which delayed receiving equipment.

Steven CGreat service, and for me great location. Easy in and out. Truck was a bit dusty/some dried grass inside (previous renter did lawncare?), but in very good condition overall. Return was the best - self-dropped off, and receipt in email by the time I got home.
