There was trash in the truck and it took us over an hour just to get the truck. The process was very difficult and had to call customer service which didn’t help at all. When I tried to get a credit for the trash in the truck they would only give me a 20 gift certificate to UHaul which is not beneficial.

Noah VI have always rented Uhaul from Gil's Auto Repair and Performance. I have rented from other places and not happy with rude service. I go extra miles to rent uhaul from Gil's. Happy I found his new location in Belchertown.
Erin RGPS Location at this address was not working. The UHaul rep had to come on a Sunday just to help me. Lot of things are dependent on GPS Location for App to pickup, so this is something UHaul needs to investigate. Kudos to the UHaul rep to come on a weekend to help me out.
