Owner swore at me, threw the phone after calling U-Haul customer service to complain that I was dropping off the truck there. U-Haul blamed me on speakerphone and the owner of the store could not have been more rude to me (including using the F word). I’m not sure why he runs U-Haul from his store, he hates it and I would never go to his store or use U-Haul from that location again. It was awful, I’ve never been spoken to like that before.
