There is no signal at this location. If you are not familiar with the area you will get lost. ***Please provide WIFI with temp passcode so at least when we drop off truck can finish paper work or find our way back home***

Turned in the keys to the gentleman at the store counter Monday night the 20th(day of rental). Got an email Thursday informing me Uhaul was going to charge me $40.00 because it was returned on Wednesday the 22nd??? Replied to the message still waiting for the response

When I first made my reservation it was at a very close location as to where I would be. I received an email the day before the location was closed for the month of July and I had to travel an additional 30 miles to pick up the trailer.

Unfortunately the Uhaul system somehow glitched and allowed me to reserve the trailer at a different site that did not have one at all. Then I recieved a cancellation notice from Uhaul the morning of checking in online. This was terribly inconvenient and cost me time for my reservation. Fortunately your call center was able to find the same trailer at a different site that turned out to be closer to my home that was not offered before and according to the owner was available that week. The service I received from both sites was great and the customer service reps were helpful during the mix up. This would be first time I have encountered this issue with Uhaul and hope it doesn't occur again as I use the service regularly. Thank you

Person in charge was unaware of the return to this facility . No confirmation of the return given as proof of return with inspection to the vehicle and fuel that was added to proper return level as advised and completed. Only one in our area.
