The man I talked to was so sweet and understanding. Helped us with everything. As we had a last minute issue and needed one fast . And he was amazing . Definitely highly recommend them for U-Haul rentals .

The original rental was for a utility trailer. On the U-Haul website this trailer is listed as having a 6’ opening for loading but it doesn’t. It only has a 4’7” ish opening. I had to upgrade to a full car trailer which luckily happened to be available.
