We couldn't find the place. There is NO Uhaul signage or anything that represents a Uhaul dealer. Finally, we spotted a Uhaul truck parked by a bar and when I compared numbers on the truck, I realize that was for us. My wife stated that she could never use a place like this because it wasn't a nice area. Very disappointed by Uhaul to not have any signage or something to show that there was a Uhaul business.

I reserved a truck for 2pm at Magnolia location. No truck. I had to wait two hours and no truck. Had to call 800 number to have send to another location to get a truck. No apology. Gas was not the same on contract as in the truck. Left more gas than started. I had to paid extra 16 miles. Not happy with your company. GD NERIO
