the truck looked clean yet once we got into the back someone had spilled something with an oil base making the floor as slippery as an ice rink. we slipped several times while loading as well as unloading. with one heavy unit I was behind and slid all the way down the ramp thus adding weight on my son who led the way not happy at all with this rental.
Mark MHave the blankets I reserved in stock. Don't tell me to search all the other trucks have to fold them myself and still be one short. Also the chains were not in perfect condition and didn't really fit on my beefy truck hitch.
BRIAN BIt would have been helpful for an employee to help disconnect the trailer from the car. It appeared that there was only one employee on site for the Gas, Convenience and U haul facility at 8:00 PM
DONALD BI asked the manager to help me lift the trailer off my hitch, which he did. That was very helpful.
