Did mobile pick up, couldn’t pick up truck Friday the 28 like we were suppose to cause the shop never did the mobile pick up for us so had to call and get told either go to St. Paul or come back tomorrow, Saturday the 29th so we did and the sho was still closed and trucks still wasn’t ready. Had to go thru all the lock boxes just to find the key. The shop should not be allowed to rent U-Haul trucks if they can’t follow how the pick up:mobile pick up should be done, I request a full refund or a minimum of a half refund and a manager call back asap
