Whoever made the UHaul website and app needs to be replaced. The worst possible interface and a failure on all fronts. Was given a truck that I couldn’t pick up after hours, took 15+ minutes to start the actual rental process because the website is so broken, and wasn’t even able to return the truck online.

Joseph PThe lock housing the key was very difficult to open and took multiple attempts with the lock mechanism clicking open. The inside of our rental truck was covered in soil/dirt and leaves. It was not cleaned out prior resulting in unnecessary dirt on our items.
