Trailer worked out fine for us. Only downside - no lock on rear trailer door. They were using a screw driver & tape to secure the door. Not a big deal for us since it was overnight at our home, but if in a less secure location might have been an issue. We could certainly have purchased a lock to use if needed.

I by far had the worse moving experience I ever had renting a truck from this location. Here's a list of everything bad with my experience... 1) The individual I spoke to at this location constantly complained how much he hated working with Uhaul while he took my original reseveration. I would have immediately hung up and used another location but none of the others near me felt they would have the size truck I needed on the day of my move. 2) I call uhaul to get approx quote on my move. I tell them when and where I'm moving to and how many miles. The rep I spoke to on the phone tells me it will be about $100 up to 30mi then it would be $0.40 every additional mile (my trip was 140mi total). 3) I go to pick up my vehicle the morning of my move before my movers arrive and when I go to pay for the equipment I'm charged $1.09 a mi instead increasing my costs about 50% than what I was quoted. The location says they can't do anything about it and says I have to call uhaul. So I do and after 30min get a rep who literally tells me she can't do anything because "it's above her pay grade" and I have to talk to the location. So now we got he said she said going on... 4) I have movers coming so I pick up the truck as I feel I'm against the wall at this point but I have the location put down I dispute the price on my contract. On my way back I call Uhaul again and actually get a helpful rep who works with me on my problem and transfers me to the traffic dept who after 30 more minutes finds out that my order was incorrectly entered from the location I rented the uhaul from... 5) After getting that settled I check out the truck for the first time and I immediately notice there are small piles of dirt on the floor of the cargo area. I have to then sweep it out myself as I am putting such items as bedding and clothing in my uhaul that I can't afford to get dirty. Then I pull out the loading ramp and it is COVERED in broken sheet rock, tiles, and nails from what obviously was a interior remodel of some building from the prior user of the truck. This location didn't even BOTHER to clean the truck before renting it back out to me. So I also have to clean this as well while I battling the clock as my movers are about to show and are paid hourly. Just pathetically horrid service Uhaul. You've lost my future business as result of this and I've use you for my last 3 moves. I'm using either Penske or some other truck rental company from now on because it's painfully obvious your company is so horrible that your own employees and even your dealers hate working for/with you.

The middle seat should be better. The comfort was a 0. Traveling 600 miles each way was exceptionally painful in that chair. My suggestion would be to up grade the middle seat. Other than that we enjoyed our experience.

How about not moving my reservation 20 miles away from where I asked to pick up, and then they did not add any milage to the one way rental making me pay the milage that was not added when my reservation was moved.
