Location was 15 miles out of my way in the wrong direction. I had originally scheduled the rental to be picked up in my local town , however it was changed a day before costing me precious time, fuel and mileage expenses. This seems intentional and fraudulent since I was previously assured that my local location had the truck I needed. As a result I will not be using Uhaul in the future. If you can’t put the customer first then I don’t want to be in business with you!
