Return location was great, employee was very nice. Explained about being charged for blankets but not getting them, she was going to check with her boss. Have not heard back yet.

Though we only dropped off, the App directed me on dropping off and steps to finish the drop off. The location had a drop box and directions. The location personnel helped verify I made the correct steps.
