The office was not open when I picked up the cargo van and the mobile app was extremely frustrating. I wasn't able to get through the numerous steps easily - it was confusing and the app kept buffering. It took me about 40 minutes to complete the process! Also, I noticed after I got gas that there was a message on the dash that the rear passenger tire was low. The tire did not appear low when we got to our destination but that should have been checked before I picked up the van. The staff at the location were helpful and friendly.

Very professional staff, accommodating last minute requests
EMIL SThe after hours pickup system is extremely flawed. The app sent me the wrong code to pick up the keys for the vehicle and I had to guess the code based on the worn down numbers on the dials. I was also required to enter information that I had already input when I made the reservation and subjected to an “approval” wait time, despite making the reservation in advance. There was no answer when I called the support line to get assistance with getting the keys from the drop box.
