Instructions on location of the truck relative to the building were a little off, but no issues accessing or using the truck.

Carlos JOnly issue was low pressure in one of the brand new tires. All 4 looked good, but with weight on trailer, one tire was clearly low. I returned to Uhaul location and the guys there were able to inspect and inflate the tire.
ROBERT HThe pick up was convenient and easy to do virtually. The truck however, was in terrible shape, loud and very old. Coupled with that, the gas tank was almost completely empty so the first thing I had to do was go to the gas station and put $30 worth of gas in a truck I only drove for 12 miles. The office was not yet open when I picked it up so there was nothing I could have done about it as I had movers scheduled to shortly show up.
