The after hours pickup system is extremely flawed. The app sent me the wrong code to pick up the keys for the vehicle and I had to guess the code based on the worn down numbers on the dials. I was also required to enter information that I had already input when I made the reservation and subjected to an “approval” wait time, despite making the reservation in advance. There was no answer when I called the support line to get assistance with getting the keys from the drop box.
