When I arrived on Saturday to pick up the truck, I was told that the truck was out of service because the previous customer damaged the driver side mirror. No replacement truck was available at this location and I needed to move that day so I had to take the truck that had no drivers side mirror.David S.
The truck I rented was filthy. It had rat droppings in the cargo area and the cab was dirty. Your company should be embarrassed to rent that truck to anyone.ALLEN K.

I had to sweep truck before use and cabin was really dirty. Cracked seat ate my butt. And with150k miles on it this truck was all over the road and not fun to drive. Really below expectations as was the gas station which mostly sells smoking accessories.MARGARET P.
Your mobile pickup worked well until it got to the van mileage verification. The online data was over 500 miles off of actual and wouldn't verify with the provoded instrument photo. I had tocall customer service and waited on hold for a half hour with no response. Luckily the location opened up early and The lo al rep was able to get ahold of someone at uhaul quickly. We worked out the problem (which came back again on drop off - you need a way for a trusted agent to update mileage on the vehicles). I never received the shipping blankets in the mobile pickup and the local rep could not take them off my bill. He had trouble navigating your interface. You need to figure out a way to trust the local reps!William W.
I pre-registered my rental on line. I declined the damage waiver on line and in person. Offered the rep my insurance card but he said he didn't need. He understood I declined the CDW. He said printer was broken and could not give me contract. Said he would email. Eventually the email showed up. When I discovered he charged me $50 for CDW I returned to the store. They would not refund or take off the contract. Sent me to another store they said that could help me. Went there, they said only the renting location can refund. I just returned and he said he would not refund. I am contacting my credit card company and declining the charges. I am writing a letter to the Maryland Attorney General notifying him of the fraud that is happening at Uhaul. If it is happening at this location I am asking the Attorney General to investigate all Uhauls in the state of Maryland. Contacting the BBB of MD. Going on Yelp. If I am unsuccessful with any of these means I will take you to small claims court. Upon return I asked the rep to email me the closed out contract. He emailed me a file with nothing on it. I ran a car rental company for 13 years and know this game. I will follow through on this so no other unsuspecting renter has to deal with this. This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The truck I rented had the â€œlow tire pressureâ€ light on, but I was assured that it wasn't a real problem, but a â€œfalse positiveâ€. That certainly turned out to be the case, I had no tire issues at all. I wholeheartedly recommend this Uhaul rental location and won't hesitate to use them in the future.CURTIS S.

Since you make people take photos of vehicles when they return them it isn't fair that someone should say that the vehicle isn't presentable for someone else then you turn around and charge them a $25 clean up fee. You probably would want to have and enter and exit questionnaire. Very disappointed with the closing of the transaction. I had to submit that it was presentable in order to Avoid paying for something that wasn't of my doing.MALEKE S.
I was given a vehicle that was difficult to reach as it was blocked by other trucks and surrounded by at least 6 inch of snow. When i asked for a different truck the attendant made me wait while he assisted other customers. I did not mind that however, instead of giving me one of the trucks that were up front, he asks me to move a truck that was in between 3 other trucks. I refused and asked him to cancel the contract. He then proceeds to say he will give me the one at the front. He ended up giving me one of the vehicles but ended up overcharging me.Petros K.

Truck had dead battery, had to rent a smaller truck. Was not compensated at all for change from Uhaul and was only given back the extra mileage I had pre-paid. Very poor experience even though the gas station attendant did everything he could. Still an overall bad experience.Charlie W.
