How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe gas was not accurate
Mary LThis review is regarding U-HAUL as a company. I requested a reservation from a different location and was shifted to the Severna Park PB two days before I needed the truck. The BP did not have the appliance dolly i requested and the fuel tank read 43-mile range; nearly empty! To top this off I was charged for the appliance rental and a furniture dolly and 24 pads! I did not order these nor did I receive these. The gentleman that helped me at the BP Station was kind and did his best; however, the service from U-HAUL was terrible and I'll NEVER use U-HAUL again!
Michael JI reserved the unit with a dolly and when we arrived, we were told they did not have one available. This made our move much more difficult Additionally, I was still charged the $7 for the dolly that I never received.
Malinda HI think the mileage was a little bit expensive for this rental. I had it for less than 24 hours and drove it 9 miles round-trip and it was almost $90. Not sure if that’s very feasible.
