The location was sketchy, bed sheets covered all the windows, there was trash outside thrown around, and very little indicating what to do. The person at the gas station next door claimed he was in charge and directed us to park the truck.

The station could ask if any accessories are needed before finalizing the transaction. They should also inspect the vehicle and related equipment when delivering.
Kenneth AThe counter person was rude and very distracted by as customers as this is primarily a gas station. The truck was clean as it was brand new. The location is also a a very busy intersection and difficult to access or leave. I love using U-Haul but will use a different location.
