Delivered the truck on Sunday (1 day earlier than contracted). Store was closed so used the U-Haul app to drop off after hours. Parked in front parking lot with 3 other U-Haul trucks. Sign on location door said to park in front of store (which I did) and drop the key off in the designated box on the "side" of the complex. Wife and I drove from one end of the complex to the other looking for the box. Finally decided to drive BEHIND the complex and found the drop box along with 10-15 other U-Haul trucks. Received notification via text U-Haul was contacting us about an OVER DUE rental. We were charged an extra day and rental coverage because the location did not check our truck in, despite completing the Drop Off on the app. Contacted U-Haul to reverse charges, which they did. Used U-Haul many times in the past. But this experience (U-Haul screwed up both my rental pickup and this drop off) will give me pause next time. And I will NOT drop off at this location again.

I dropped off the trunk after hours, can't comment on anything. Since you forced me to answer yes or no, I picked no. Maybe that gets attention and N/A becomes an option on the future
Achim SThe customer service was horrible. I spent ages on the phone when they changed my pickup location last minute and was unable to get it resolved. Additionally, I was told I would be put in contact with a manager and never was. Also, I added an authorized driver to my rental multiple times online and on the phone and it was ignored until the literal pickup. Overall it was such a difficult experience, especially considering how much money I paid for this rental.
