The employee I worked with was rude and refused to process my rental return because I returned the vehicle late. I informed her that I was running behind and stuck in traffic. When I arrived at the location, she took my key and wouldn’t speak to me- she only said it would be processed later. I returned the vehicle at 3:44pm and my return wasn’t processed until 12:30 the following day.
