I thought I was getting a van directly from U-haul but it was a middle man situation. I had my pick up set up for Saturday after 4pm. In the email, there was nothing about adding an app or that the location would be closed by the time I got there. Luckily, there was a phone number that let me know all this information. Then the truck smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn't like the location of the trucks. The trucks were sitting behind a huge shopping center. You had to walk around the entire shopping center to find the trucks. I was not a fan of walking behind everything. It's just not safe. I would not recommend this option or location to anyone.
