While the location was great. The trucks, not only at this location, but in others could use an upgrade. That notwithstanding the truck was ok except for the windshield which was dirty from the inside. The service was great and it was easy to get in and out. Will definitely use them again which maybe sooner than expected.

Mohamed FThis was a terrible experience. We got a grossly overpriced truck and couldn’t even have it for the full time needed. I know that I did not rent it for just 4 hours because I knew I needed it for longer. It was not made clear when booking that I would have just 4 hours. We had to do the job of a rental agent during the mobile check in and drop off. So they charge a ridiculous amount of $, aren’t clear on what you are getting, and then you have to do the work of one of their employees to pick up and drop off. I will never again rent from U-Haul.
