I was first upset that I ordered mobile pickup for after hours and when I went to get the truck it was not ready so I was told to wait for when the store opened. When I got to the store it took 30 minutes for me to get the truck which felt like it took way too long. The person helping us out also didn’t speak louder than a whisper so it was hard to understand what he was saying. We were then told we could drop it off at another location but the reservation told us to drop it off where we picked it up. Not very happy with this location, would recommend just going to a U-Haul location if possible.
CAL PThey did not have the appliance dolly I rented when reserving online, and the gentleman loaned us the store dolly. This was so helpful we couldn’t have moved things without it! Thank you

ALISON WThe online check in process is overly cumbersome. Why do you need to contact two people? My license and picture and credit card should be enough.
