Erika PTammy had a real bad attitude when I had simple questions about the information I was given upon pick up. I was treated very poorly by this location and will not be returning. Being forced to give mileage prior to even sitting in the U-Haul is baffling. Being charged by the mile is not something U-Haul should have converted to.
