This truck was really old and didn't have enough safety equipment in my opinion. Those old trucks don't have cameras for backing up. The front grill was almost falling off of the truck. There is way too much play in the steering wheel for safe driving.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I picked up the vehicle this morning, the fuel tank was not completely full. However, when I returned it, I was required to fill it back up completely. Additionally, the A/C did not seem to work properly above 50 mph, which was especially difficult given how hot it was today. I’m not sure what options are available, but considering these issues, I would appreciate some form of compensation or reimbursement. Please let me know what can be done. Thank you!
