No issues with either pick or drop off locations. I needed a 20' truck, I was told I could get a 15' truck and 8x10 trailer. The day before moving I was told I could only get a 10' truck w/ an 8x10 trailer. I didn't have any other options 1 day prior to moving so I accepted that. I got lucky when the pick up location happened to have a 26' truck for me. My issue is with U-Haul itself. If U-Haul could not provide either the 20' or 15' truck I should have been told that when I made the reservation, not 1 day prior to moving day. I would have either changed moving plans or rented from someone else. Because of this type of business practice I will not be using U-haul again.

When I say I had the worst experience ever I did I was in there for over a hour trying to get the U-Haul they clerk and her husband who she had on FaceTime was very rude and disrespectful I will never ever go back there and when I returned the U-Haul they tried to keep my 100 dollar deposit and give me back on my 13 when in fact I was owed more and me and my friend sat there for over a hr. again explaining what they did wrong because they had no idea what was going on!! Worst experience ever

From the beginning the lady working had no idea what was even happening. English was a second language at this establishment which made it nearly impossible to get the truck. I ended up talking to her boss on FaceTime to figure out what was needed to get me on my way after 30 minutes. The truck had only 450 miles on it and was trashed on the inside and didn’t even have a full tank of gas. Overall it was a bad experience and wouldn’t do business there ever again.

Hard to understand Was visibly irritated that I had returned the truck here, since I didn’t rent it out of there. Reservation had been made for 2 weeks, not sure why she didn’t know, it was being dropped off there.

Lady had no clue what she was doing, took 45 mins to get the truck. Never signed anything before getting the keys. She couldn’t even process my card, had to take cash out of atm and pay extra deposit. If I ever need another U-Haul, I’ll refuse to use this location.

At the location English was a second language. Gal working the counter had to call her boss to log onto the U-Haul site. I was at the location 90 minutes with 4 calls to U-Haul in order to leave with the vehicle. And once I left I was billed $456 more than my original confirmation. Very bad mojo!!

Very poor service. Employees did not know what they were doing. Found out 4 hours after we picked up truck that it was not done the right way. Got a call from uhaul and we had to stop what we were doing to correct their mistake. Train your people so that they know what they are doing!!!!!!

I think would help if customers could see the additional products available up front not in back storage. Only 1 employee so tough for him to run in back while other customers present.

I received 2 emails saying the truck was to be picked up at 2 different locations & I received 2 phones calls saying to pick it up at a different location. Your company had a big error on that. The Richmond Street location was where I planned on getting it they had no info on this but the took care of the situation very well.

vehichle was covered in snow!!! and ice!! im a 60 yr old lady that had to clean off this rental....if i rented a car from a place im sure it would of been ready n safe for me......its called CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! im sure it wasnt even pre tripped for me!!! oil checkd,etc.. poor rental care

when i called they told me they didnt have me in the system at all. I had to call back u haul customer service to hash out the guys mistake. also, when i made my 1st reservation for a 26 foot truck they made a reservation for a location that didnt even have a 26 footer and i had to switch to a 15' last minute and had to make extra trips. So it messed up my move day. In total I had to call customer service 4 times to make 1 reservation. You guys record all convos on the phone, I suggest u listen to them and re train your staff. Besides Mark, he got it right the 1st time!

Very unorganized, the woman at the counter put me on the phone with someone else and I was told to "Just leave my contact information". I had concerns about whether or not this place was even a legitimate U-haul location so I had the clerk make copies of all of my paperwork before giving her any of it.
