The lady couldn't speak English well I kept asking what she was saying she was very rude to me.she kept walking away to check out customer's in between doing the uhaul paperwork ECT. a uhaul was sitting out front key didn't work went back in to ask why was told to go to end of customer line walked around the building to find out the uhaul was in the back of the store.was a very stressful situation I've rented uhauls and never experienced such a bad situation as I did .and to get rude to me because she didn't speak English good at all dint help out matters one bit
Brenda SThe guy had no idea what to do and had to call for assistance a couple of times. The truck itself was fine, no damage and was clean. He seemed confused on what furniture pads were when I was confirming what I rented that I never got them. The furniture pads were not in the truck and I had already spent a half hour waiting for him to check me out (it should have been a mobile check out), I did not have the time to go back and ask for them.
