SETH LWould have rather picked up the equipment at the Oneida and Northland location. People there are friendlier.

TIMOTHY SNo one was there who could get the truck. They had to call the owner who took 20 minutes to arrive. They couldn't find the keys then when I complained about waiting the owner Binder said it was my fault for selecting counter pickup. He was beyond rude and unprofessional. I wanted a discount on mileage and he refused.
