I was told a refuel fee would be waived because their meter was wrong and I was still charged, not once but twice! I will be using another locations services and will never recomend this location to anyone due to the incompetence of the employees, and ill be posting reviews to anywhere I can so no one else gets ripped off by you crooks.

The folks at Grand Rental were very kind and easy to work with. The whole process was pretty easy. I did notice that when initially trying to reserve on the U-haul website, if you select the "I NEED MORE TIME" option in the "Time needed" drop down menu, it has a pop up that says "I understand that the amount of time I am selecting on this date, at this location, is not available to schedule and agree to be called by a regional U-Haul representative." However, when you call the actual facility you are going to rent from, they do in fact have a vehicle available for that date and amount of time you need....... Perhaps the website could more properly reflect what is available and for how long. Petty details.... =) Great experience, would rent again. Truck was clean, ran well, and got us to where we wanted to go.

The person behind the desk was very nice and recommended the best value for what I was looking for and I can tell he was on the same page as me. If I ever need any U-Haul rentals, I will be definitely coming back to this location as I have previously used them before.
