The entire transaction was quick and easy. Very friendly staff members. Definitely rent from U-Haul again. The truck I received had a cracked windshield in the corner of the passenger side from a previous renter. Didn’t affect vision. Truck was clean overall.

The staff members at Grand Rental Station in Appleton were very good to us. When picking up the 20 foot U-Haul, we appreciated the truck being driven to the door of the building so we could jump in quickly during a hard rain & wind storm.
COLLEEN VTake note: We had a U-Haul set up at 105 W. Northland Ave. Appleton, WI. 54911 Res# 89150111. They did not have a truck at that location so that location is not very professional. Grand Rental Station took care of us.
