The floor of the passenger compartment was very muddy. However it had rained for three days so it was understandable
Brad BI ordered the U-Haul from a location 15 minute walking distance from my home and was told that I would have to travel farther to pick it up at a completely different location, 1 hour and 45 minute walk from my house. The owners just kind of had blank stares and were not apologetic or sympathetic or took any kind of accountability. The doors would not close tightly so I had to keep slamming them as hard as possible to make them stay closed. I had to pull over once to do it. I mentioned that I would need another truck soon and wondered it I could get it from the city I actually live in and again they could not guarantee anything or apologize for the inconvenience. The blank stares were back. I will definitely look to a competitor next time.
JAMES LI failed at the return process missing my return changed to no agent drop off and the phones had some connectivity issues. In my opinion the transactions have to be less independent. Seamless link from start to finish would help make a better pick up and return more routine. Working together at points in time when an internet connection is needed, the location did not seem to offer a connection or link to a coded Wi-Fi connection on site.
