CHRISTOPHER WMy truck broke down on highway 41 and it only had 1/4 tank of gas in it. roadside assistance was going to bring a different truck and make us switch the furniture from the current truck to the new truck on hwy 41!!! Until i told them they had to send a tow truck. It took 2-3 hours for the tow truck after all was said and done. However I don’t blame Fox Cities Towing. They were professional and did their best. Roadside assistance did stay in good contact with me throughout the ordeal which was nice. And the lady helping me was very professional and kind.
JENNIFER KBack of truck was filthy, had to sweep and clean before we could even load it. Cab was a little bit better but floors were dirty and seemed to be some sort of pet hair floating around. Guy had no idea about me reservation and said he only had trucks for local use. Called someone and finally found out that I was running a truck to the Milwaukee are for PM.
