The pickup location was a gas station, and it was not a nice one. The clerk seemed unfamiliar with the process. The truck was very old and poorly maintained

CHAD Awas supposed to be 39.99
CHRISTOPHER WMy truck broke down on highway 41 and it only had 1/4 tank of gas in it. roadside assistance was going to bring a different truck and make us switch the furniture from the current truck to the new truck on hwy 41!!! Until i told them they had to send a tow truck. It took 2-3 hours for the tow truck after all was said and done. However I don’t blame Fox Cities Towing. They were professional and did their best. Roadside assistance did stay in good contact with me throughout the ordeal which was nice. And the lady helping me was very professional and kind.
