Checking the truck and trailer back in was easy and quick. The staff was friendly while I waited for my wife to pick me up.
Curt MThe gps on the U-Haul website wouldn’t recognize that I was at the right location and needed customer service to sort it out.
Joann BDrop-off location said it was open, but there was no one there. So not applicable. I'd prefer there was personnel on site, but the drop off was easy, so can't complain.
