The business was closed, so of course no one was there to be helpful. But there was a key drop box. There was a convenient place to park beside the building. Since I didn't get to meet anyone at this business, it's not fair to make any other comments.
WALTER FI had two issues. The app didn't give me a combination to open a key box so I had to wait for the attendant to arrive to get me my keys. This delayed my pickup by about 30 minutes. When I went to return the truck and enter the odometer it told me that what I put in wasn't possible. So someone before me must have messed that up, causing me to have issues. The attendant there said she had the same issue, but she was able to resolve it. The best thing about using Marks is the attendant is so helpful. Thank you!
