The truck was dirty when I picked it up, there was nothing in the green bag and no dolly in the back. I had reserved 24 moving blankets and 2 furniture dolly’s and when I asked where they were. He said “I don’t have them” then I asked about the moving blankets and he said “I give you 6, thats all I have”. I had to extend my reservation by 1 day because I didn’t have enough protective blankets to get everything with my initial reservation. This costs a lot of money and then I when I dropped it off. The guy argued with me that he gave them to me, I told him to check his cameras on the building and he will see I got nothing but 6 blankets. He was rude and super unprofessional. I will be going to U-Haul direct

Isaiah HWell one clean the uhual if it comes back dirty. Fix the trucks. There was tire sensor on the whole time. Theres a transmission issue and i let them know. Also the app was so ridiculous what did you have to scan to make sure corect location no explanation at all. I could not do anything online for getting or dropping off. By far with all the many times i have needed a uhaul this has been the worst
KRISTINE FPlease have a manager call me in regards to a. Uhaul rental on 12.28.25 Timothy Zimmerman. Highly dissatisfied. Was charged double when the truck broke down. Had to bring it back and get a new truck and was charged an upgrade fee. Was unable to get the truck back in time due to the breakdown which lead to the double charge. UNLESS THIS IS REFUNDED TO ME I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN
