Of the four locations in our town we still had to go to the next town to pick up our trailer. When it came to drop off we were directed to return over thirty miles away instead of one of six locations closer. A quick phone call from a fast thinking and thoughtful counter clerk to a much much closer drop off site remedied the situation.
