The location was fantastic. The U-Haul software was terrible. The agent struggled to get the U-Haul site to load, to retrieve my reservation and to update my status. I know it wasn't the fault of this agent because I've had the same experience at other U-Haul locations across the US. You guys really need to update your checkout software. I find myself renting from U-Haul less and less because the checkout experience is so bad.
