Improve the refund process and give the customer service reps the ability to process refunds for non-existent equipment. Stop independent reps that are drop and pick up lots from offering services and equipment they don’t have.

I reserved a truck and dolly at a different location. Instead, my reservation was moved to a different vendor who had NO ONE on site, forgot my appliance dolly, and had no one available to help me. I sat on hold with UHaul for 45+ minutes and never got through. The app did not work well. Will never use you again!
