Waited hours for this place to have someone at the location. They never came. U Haul finally said hook up and take it. I did, called to try to take it back on time, no one was there. No one to accept it. Kept it another day, yet again no one there. But was charged for using it another day, so i just dropped it off. Was charged for 2 days, and 2 days worth of a deposit. Will never rent from this location again!!!!!
