The location is a tire shop. The owner drove the unit we rented from his off-site location. The unit had a serious tire problem. He obviously knew that because of the severity, but let us take it anyway. We only made it 60 miles before having to call roadside assistance. He delayed our trip by 8 hours. Very dissatisfied with the location's professionalism.
TRENT SIt was the drop off location that figured out I had been overcharged incorrectly, due to Uhaul deciding to pre plan my route based off my drop off location. Unfortunately, I wasn't asked about the route I would be taking. Otherwise, everything was good.

RION JClosed when we showed up. Glad we chose 24/7 service with the app, else we were toast. Very remote location, so would not have been good without drop box and app. No trash cans for clean out, no idea where to park. Just left it, took pics per app and done. Uhaul app very good!
