The man taking care of my rental did not communicate very well. I ended up signing a rental agreement for a smaller trailer than I needed. As we went to hook up the trailer, there was a larger trailer that was available and what I wanted to rent. The smaller trailer was never attached to my truck. He refused to let me rent the larger trailer, was rude and not helpful at all because I had signed a rental agreement. I ended up arguing with him to a point of renting the larger trailer, paying for both rentals. When I returned the trailer the next day, the smaller trailer had been rented. Technically, he charge someone else for the smaller trailer that I had paid for and received double payment. I will not do business at his store again.

This location should not be allowed to rent out or take Uhauls as a drop off. There's barely any room for the trucks and the guy there is very rude. First let's the door slam in my face and I told him the charges were corrected and he proceeded to check in the equipment and charge me extra anyway. Also charged me for the furniture pads after turning all 12 in and he tried telling me there were 10.

I'm over 70 and have rented from U-Haul many, many times. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Oriental guy speaks very poor English, doesn't appear to know how to fill out the U-Haul forms, didn't use the information provided from my reservation, and - worst of all - when I turned the trailer in - *REQUIRED* me to sweep out the trailer else charge me $10.00. Trailer had one leaf and two small scraps of paper on floor of trailer. This location gives U-Haul a bad name and you cancel your association from this creep!!

The absolute worst location to rent from. The location is a convenience store and it took way too long to complete my reservation due to the clerk having to help other customers instead of me. Additionally, I completed the Express check in but I had to give the clerk all the same information over. So why does it say that I'd cut my wait time in half when everything I entered had to be redone?

The lady running the location had no idea how to process the reservation. I literally went behind the desk and ran the computer for her in order to get it completed, even with a reservation it took more than a half hour because she didn’t know what she was doing.

The man who was there could not speak very good English over the phone, so I went up there and he keeped telling me the price I was given over the phone was to high, and he was not very kind, so I called the lady I talked to and she was nice, she talked to him and told him what to do, he nearly dropped my phone tossing it back to me...he was huffy and clearly upset...the following day a lady tried to help me get the uhaul and said it want there, but it was, I could see it...then she talked to the same guy from the day before and he told her it was not ready...then he gave me papers to sign in Spanish, he would not listen. And kept telling me a different price...so I called the lady back and she helped explain...very frustrating...the lady working there was very sweet.... I don't mind language barriers, but rudeness is not acceptable..
