I failed to read the fine print. I believed I would need the truck for 2 days, and therefore, paying in advance, I rented it for two days. As it turned out, I only needed it for one. When I turned it in at the end of the day, I found out there was no refund for using it only one day.
My suggestion to the customer: if you are not sure, only rent it for a day at a time.
Secondly, the price on-line and what I ended up paying was considerably different. In fact, a WHOLE lot different! When I turned it in, I was told it was because I had rented it for one-way. That was incorrect because I had rented it on-line for one-way!
