At the time of rental did not have the truck size I wanted, had to rent a larger unit, clerk indicated I could potentially get one from another site but that would have meant driving more km’s. Was OK with driving larger truck. Pleased with the service.

Cheryl CThe women who did our pickup drop off was super nice and very helpful with everything. It is not her fault the conditions of the truck we used. This truck sounded like the transmission was going to fall out with every gear change. Thank goodness we had very few km of travel because the check engine light came on as soon as we were going to the destination. The truck sounded horrible on the way back to the drop off. We were afraid we wouldn't make it. We were very thankful we were on a short round trip. We did inform of this at drop off. Once again the representative at this location was great and super nice

ARNEL GI have been charged wrong Even though i fill up atleast 15 litre of gas for 45km drive total I has placed gas receipts too inside the truck I still got charged extra about 12$ for gas whic is scammed When i drop off They did not even checked the truck and gas level It seems like I got scammed and I won’t recommend anyone uhaul in my life
