I rent from Uhaul frequently but I will never rent from Yellow Door self uhaul rental again. It is neither quick nor convenient. Never again.

The experience was not smooth. The key was not in the lock box and I spent an hour talking with 4 different people to get the key. It was in the yellow drop box. Also, the truck I wanted was ‘broken’ which left the more expensive option. So, overall more expensive and more time consuming than I expected.
Kathy KBeat place to rent from in Argyle !! Can always count on vehicle being ready and available when it’s supposed to be. And they always habe the vehicles prepped even for early puck up!
ALLISON FI was charged $50 for gas when I drove a total of 11ish miles. I would like to be reimbursed
