Give this location more units. I only needed a van. However I was told this location is unable to get vans. Even if a customer tries to order them online like I did.

SANDRA STrailer was covered in mud, it was cold out, so weather played a part. interior was clean though. Staff was friendly, and helpful.
Bradley DOverall great experience with this U-Haul Location. I met the owner of the business, Mr. David Eagle. He is very friendly and took care of my concerns. The truck was clean and had a smooth ride. I only drove about 120 miles total and used about 1/2 tank of fuel. Served its purpose. Here are the recommendations: work on the U-Haul app. There are a number of "glitches" that frustrate the user. That is NOT Eagle Auto Center's issue. Second Recommendation: When a store location decides to close mid-day for a function, make SURE this is advertised well in advance so the customers stay informed. Thanks Eagle Auto Center for a great rental experience.
