Hours listed on U-Haul include Saturday. I called every day before reservation and no one answered the phone. Finally just showed up on Friday and someone told us they are closed Saturdays.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis is a small town. When we need to rent a vehicle. U haul is the cheapest and only trustable place. The trucks is always clean. The customer service is above excellent. They are the first place I think of. I wish you would let them have pick ups and vans. They would always be rented.
