First off, the drop location was not clear when it comes to where the key “drop off box” was located. I looked for the box for several minutes only to see a key in the bar door, thinking that there was a box or slot in the door area. This location is not well lit and there is NOWHERE to drop the key. I had my Fiance drop the key off this morning only for him to be threatened by whatever man working the desk. He claims we were trespassing last night! We literally waved the keys in the camera looking for the ORANGE BOX THAT DOES NOT EXIST. We wouldn’t have dropped the U-Haul there if we had known. This is actually my first time using a self service U-Haul. We won’t ever go back to this drop location or pick it up from here either. We dropped the U-Haul around 11:15pm or so. This location needs to let U-Haul know there is no drop box and that the keys can only be dropped with the front desk when it is open!!!!!!! Simple math!!!!!

there was a line when I showed up and had to wait. Guy in front of me was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to talk to uhaul customer service
SCOTT FI declined the safemove coverage, and mike added it back on without my knowledge. i contacted customer service immediately who told me that it could be refunded when i returned the cargo van, when i attempted that mike refused. i left the location calmly, and took a picture of the van i rented to call customer service, when i took the picture, mike, came rushing out of the location assaulting me by stepping on my foot and screaming and cursing at me, i begin recording immediately and remained calm. i informed mike i was recording and he turned around and took off running, i contacted corporate immediately. i am considering pressing charges but waiting for the regional manager melvin to contasct me back with a resolution. the situation was violent and uncalled for, after mike attempted to scam me for a coverage i declined.
