JAMES F“I had a blowout on the transport trailer while my car was loaded, which forced me to replace 3 tires and wait about an hour on the road. I didn’t even feel safe leaving that night and had to wait until the next day to continue. Then at the drop-off location, the worker just sat in the truck and told me to leave the trailer in the back. He didn’t ask for paperwork or help unhook at all. The whole experience felt unsafe and unprofessional.”
