The only reason we knew where to drop off the key and park the U-Haul is because repair men were at the location. The repairman called the owner and instructed us where to leave the U-Haul.
SHERRY THad to drop rented unit in a very rough and dirty lot. Place is a repair shop with equipment that looks like a salvage lot. Was worried about driving in the lot for a chance of getting flat tires. Not a place I would expect U-Haul would use.
RODNEY LThe drop off was smooth. It was in a location with other businesses and wasn't easy to find. The staff was very helpful and I ws done and out the door in no time!
