Make sure the customer is aware if its a one way reservation or not. I was charged over 200.00 for taking it to another location. I called and spoke to a representative and she stated that I should have informed the employee where I was taking the truck. I replied that I didn't volunteer that information because I have rented in the past and I had never had an issue. Had the employee told me prior to me making the reservation that it was a one way reservation I would have NEVER rented it. I was the only customer there so the gentleman that waited on me had plenty of time without rush to explain exactly what type of reservation I was getting. I would think that would be a top priority. I will NEVER rent from uhaul again.
