Walked in and was not greeted. Clerk up front was attending someone else but we had to wait 10 or more minutes for him to even acknowledge us and see what we needed. We were just dropping off the keys and he finally said oh you don't need to wait for that... After several minutes waiting... It was very cluttered and dark. Not inviting at all.

Moriah SLocation is in a storage facility and a little hard to find or access. But the staff was friendly, helpful, and had the truck ready when I was ready to go.
Wayne SVan was ready and pulled up for us to easily pickup. Employees at pickup and drop off were friendly and helpful. Would definitely use this location again.
