Nobody was at the office. It was a self pick up. The vehicle was dirty. The kick in the back box was very difficult to use. The fuel tank was half empty. The website was not user friendly.

Absolutely nothing

HORST HGreat signage as to where to park, clean and workers came out to see us to invite us in to drop off key and get a printout.. we told them our experience and they apologized for others.. when we left they were going to go clean it but I had already done so. .. the truck itself was great except for the windshield wipers.. they had one in the truck that we had to change and the other we had to keep shaping it do that passenger could see out the window. Love the ramp idea it made it so easy and the 15 ft truck was easy to drive. .
