Kevin has had this business for a long time, and it shows. I don't think there would be any situation he had not already dealt with. Very personable.
DeAnn BWhile Kevin was absolutely helpful and did his job well, I think having a building/office that is separate from living spaces and that is the obvious point for customers to come is important. Also, some people may be allergic to animals, so to not warn them ahead of time could be problematic .
